Privacy Policy

Cloud Invoice · Last updated: June 1, 2026

Cloud Invoice (“we”, “us”, “the app”) is a satirical app that lets you create itemized “invoices” for AI chatbots and share them with other users. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the app you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Public content

Content you post to the Unofficial Complaint Center (UCAC) or Unofficial Compliment Center (UCIC), the leaderboard, or any receipt you share via a link is publicly visible — including through public receipt links and the link-preview cards they generate on other platforms. Your chosen nickname (rather than your email) is shown alongside public content. Please don’t post anything you wish to keep private.

How your information is stored and shared

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, and Hosting) to store and process data on our behalf. Google processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your own posts in the app (authors may remove their posts within 24 hours of posting). To request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it, contact us at the email below and we will process your request.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
